Yup, that's one definition of "insanity", as defined by the recovery community, and I seem to keep on doing just that. I'm ok today, just sick of the same ol' same ol....

ReplyDeleteI relate! I play into negative behavior that will lead me into a spot that I don't want to be! When this happens it only reinforces to me the fact that drugs and alcohol were only the solution to my problems and not the problem itself. The problem is my head and my insanity.
